The IDEA Ally provides educational advocacy, parent coaching, IEP/504 meeting support, and related services for families navigating special education. Services may be offered virtually or in person.
All guidance is based on experience and professional training but does not constitute legal advice.
3. Use of Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use it:
To share false or misleading information
To interfere with site functionality
To transmit harmful code, spam, or unauthorized access attempts
We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who violates these terms.
4. Client Communication
All consultations, emails, or submitted forms are treated with care and confidentiality. However, no electronic communication is 100% secure. Please avoid submitting sensitive student data unless invited through a secure intake process.
5. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Appointments are scheduled in advance. Cancellations require 24-hour notice unless due to emergencies. Repeated missed sessions may result in rescheduling restrictions.
6. Payments
Invoices are provided via email after services are rendered or according to an agreed schedule. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise arranged. Late fees may apply after 14 days.
